Chai or, to give it its full name, masala chai (literally mixed-spice tea) is a classic Indian black tea with a mixture of aromatic herbs and spices which is traditionally brewed in milk and served very sweet. Our chai is composed using various different teas (including caffeine-free options) and with various additional elements, and it can be brewed and served in various ways. However, it still has the distinctive flavours and aromas of classic chai.
