Our authentic masala chai blend reminiscent of the chai wala of Lucknow. Our chai tea blend is made using Assam tea and the finest spice combination. Without being too hot or spicy, our aromatic blend is warm and invigorating.
Chai is traditionally boiled with hot milk but this blend can be used with hot water if a weaker chai is desired.
Sweeten to taste.
The Chai Wala of Lucknow (Assam Chai)
Assam, Rooibos, Ginger Root Pieces, Cinnamon Bark, Cardamom Pods, Cloves, Black Pepper, Ginseng, Gingko Leaf.
1 tsp or tea Pyramid into boiling hot water. Brew for 3-5 minutes. Or add Pyramid(s) to a pan of cold milk, or for a lighter version use half warmed milk and half boiling water, bring to the boil and then serve.
