White tea from the Fu-Jian province which has been collected and pressed into a dried hollow tangerine. This special tea has a remarkable, yet delicate, tangerine taste.

Citrus Peel Fu-Jian White Tea

  • Shumai White Tea, dried tangerine
  • Add 1 heaped tsp of tea and a small amount of peel to a small amount of hot water. Allow the leaves to soften and then add more hot water. Brew for 2 minutes.
