Black Oolong, Cinnamon bark, Ginger Root, Cocoa Pieces, Chicory, Cardamom, Natural Extracts, Peppercorn, Cloves
1 tsp or tea Pyramid into boiling hot water. Brew for 3-5 minutes. Or add Pyramid(s) to a pan of cold milk, or for a lighter version use half warmed milk and half boiling water, bring to the boil and then serve.
