Summer Daze Earl Grey Iced Tea

This delicious iced Earl Grey will melt in your mouth and put a smile on your face.

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 3-4 heaping tsp The House Earl Grey tea
  • 2 scoops chocolate/vanilla ice cream

Preparation

Infuse the Earl Grey tea in 400 ml boiling water and steep for 2-3 minutes. Allow to cool. Pour into two glasses and add a scoop of vanilla or chocolate ice cream on top of each.
