Many of our teas are allergen free. However, some teas do contain allergens and these are shown in bold in the ingredients section.

No, none of our blends contain sulphites.

Where listed, the flavour in all our teas is food grade and is made of all-natural molecules that are found in nature, made in an artificial process. We use a higher concentration of these compounds than what is found in nature to give an intense flavour and to maintain seasonal consistencies amongst the teas. If a flavour contains or is made up of any allergen or of any other ingredient (like sugar for example) this will clearly be displayed in the ingredient listing.

Shipping policy

We ship to the United Kingdom, to Europe and worldwide.

We ship domestic orders with Royal Mail and Parcelforce. International orders are shipped with TNT and DPD.

Domestic shipping timeframes (deliveries within the UK):
3 - 5 business days

International shipping timeframes (deliveries to rest of Europe):
3 - 10 business days

Dispatch can take up to 5 business days from the time of your order being placed. Please note that this does not include public holidays, weekends or sale/promotional periods.

Delivery within the UK:

We offer free delivery for all online purchases over £35 within the UK.

Online purchases of £35 or less are subject to a £3.95 postage charge within the UK.

International delivery:

We offer free international delivery for all online purchases over £75 within Europe.

Online purchases of £75 or less can be delivered within Europe for £10.

Returns and exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us in the first instance. We will authorise the return and you are then welcome to send the item to us within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is in its original saleable condition.

In the event that your product is faulty, does not match its description or perform its function then a refund will be made in its original payment method or store credit will be awarded.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been arranged. Once processed, you will receive your refund within 7 business days.

Click and Collect

1. Choose your items online and add to your shopping bag
At checkout select Click & Collect.

2. Wait to hear from us
Once you’ve placed your order, you or your nominee will receive an email to let you know that the store has received your order. You will then receive another email notification when your order is ready for collection. Please do not come to the workshop to collect your item UNTIL you receive a confirmation email. If you come in to collect your order before you receive the email, your order won’t be ready.

3. Your order is ready for collection
Once you receive the email that your order is ready for collection, come to the Jaitea workshop. Once you arrive, you will be asked for your order number and name and once confirmed, a team member will collect your order and that's it!

We hold Click & Collect orders for two weeks from the date you receive your ‘Ready for collection’ email notification. If you do not collect your order within two weeks, your order will be cancelled and refunded back to the payment method used when placing your order.
